Counselling In Farnham

I am an Integrative Counsellor offering brief or longer term therapy, I work with Adults, Couples and Young People. I work on the principle that 'the expert on you is you', but when self esteem is low sometimes we can lose sight of that. Due to the experience gained in my work within the NHS I am able to offer clients brief focused therapy of 6 to 8 sessions for depression, anxiety, low self esteem, anger management, relationship issues, bereavement, abuse and much more. I offer Individual 'One to One' Counselling Therapy, Couples Counselling Therapy, NLP and Gestalt Dreamwork.
