Cookes Property Management is a family letting agent with a difference, conceived in 1999 by Ann Cooke. Ann's concept was to offer the highest possible standards to both Landlords and Tenants in the local area, with an extremely high focus on customer service. The aim was to work with a limited number of Landlords and not necessarily be the biggest, but most definitely the best service provider to local property investors and prospective tenants. Cookes Property Management has now evolved to employ the full time services of Ann's brother Roland Cooke and another full time member of staff to help with administration and accounting procedures.
