Chelsea Property Management is based in the heart of the Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea. Our offices in South Kensington were established in 1989. We are committed to a hands on approach to management and accordingly a central location is essential for both easy access to the properties in our portfolio and for rapid response to problems as and when they arise. We act for a wide variety of clients, ranging from investment companies to owner occupiers. Accordingly, we manage a wide spectrum of buildings, from large blocks of flats to converted terraced properties.

We work closely with our clients to manage their property effectively and help them take informed decisions on issues effecting their investment. Our service is highly personal to both our landlord clients and their tenants. Accordingly, the Principals of the firm are all actively involved in the day to day management business and are available to assist callers or by appointment.
