Each cleaner is carefully vetted, and monitored very nearly daily for the first 3 months, after which we continue to maintain regular weekly communication. We keep records on file including ID, proof of address, references etc. We are extremely careful to select only trustworthy people who are of decent character as well as with cleaning experience. We manage this via various interviews, by email, phone and face to face, which include tests to assess character, intelligence and language ability for non native speakers.
