Hampton Bespoke Cleaning is run by Michael Grundy under the auspice of his Standard & Merchant service which specialises in cleaning and surface treatment technology. Michael trained as a chemical engineer. It was this affinity with chemicals which led him into carpet cleaning. Having started the business on a part time basis, Michael quickly found the number of referrals and requests he was receiving meant that the business needed a full time commitment. Michael is driven by customer service and is determined that whilst the business has grown, commitment to traditional craftsmanship and service should not change and indeed remain the distinguishing factor of the company.

To ensure that his standards are upheld, Michael leads the quotation work himself and still regularly gets out cleaning carpets. He is thoroughly trained and accomplished. Also prominent in the team are Lucas Boyes (trained technician) and Mei (office and accounts).
