Churn Valley Kickboxing

CVK is a member of the Cobra Martial Arts Association (C.M.A.A) one of the largest national supporting bodies. We welcome men, women and children (7+) of all ages and abilities. You will find that we are a friendly, NOT FOR PROFIT club, with members who all encourage and motivate each other.

The lessons typically consist of a full body warm up, core work, strengthening exercises, flexibility stretching, boxing techniques, kung fu style kicks, self defence techniques, and control & restraint work as well as focus pad and bag work. There is also regular optional FREE sparring practice and gradings so that you can set goals and regularly test and review your progress. We use a structured, approved, syllabus that together with our coloured belt ranking system develops and progresses individuals from complete beginners in to a back belt after around 4-5 years of consecutive training.
