Our Head office is located at Bingley and in 2010 we opened a Durham office to specifically cover the North East of England area; thereby improving our nationwide coverage. The firm was established by Glenn Chivers in October 2001 with the aim of meeting the need of a specialist and high quality crime and road traffic practice in Bingley. Mr Marcus Farrar took over the firm on Glenn’s retirement on the 1st June 2019. Within the practice are Warren Ridley, David Harbron, Julian White, Siobhan White, Alexandra White and Ruth Weir who practice at the Police Station, Magistrates' Court and Crown Court. Maria Goodyear, Nick Howcroft and Emma Grayson-Bollon specialise in Family Law. Chivers Solicitors also have a dedicated and specialist prison law team in Bingley.
