Our catering services can be hired in Dublin, Belfast, and throughout Ireland.The inspiration behind the product is Charl Marais, a South African braai BBQ extraordinaire, who decided that Ireland might appreciate a little of the flavour of his home country.After attempting many times to braai in the Irish weather, Charl decided that he needed something which would work just as well under cover as outdoors so he began to design and build a roast meats machine which is not only smoke free, but cooks the meat perfectly in a few hours, enabling us to cook the joints completely fresh for you onsite.Charl has imported his vision of traditional roast meats and wedding catering, South African style, but has built everything himself using locally sourced material.
