Prestige catering was formed by Professional Chef Mr Kevin McCourt, in 2006. Kevin has been working in the catering industry for the past 20 years, most of them as head chef in some of the most prestigious hotels and restaurants in Northern Ireland, where he catered for conferences and banquets from 100 to 600 on a daily basis.
Here at Prestige Catering we pride ourselves on being a family run company employing local staff, we think this helps us create a personal relationship with our clients during the planning of their event.Once you decide on using our services, we then pass all your information onto our Events Manager, who will work very closely with you to ensure all your requirements are met, for example set up of the venue, colour schemes, table lay out, menu content, timings of event. We find this works really well and helps to take the stress of the client as planning a wedding or large event can be a very stressful time.
