Using their expertise, and the skills of our team of therapists, we provide a range of services promoting the health and wellbeing of children and families.
We were founded in 2001 as an independent company, but now we're proudly part of the Core Assets group's vision to make positive and lasting changes to people's lives. This led them to create Carter Brown Associates, founded on a guiding principle of offering access to the best quality experts, quickly and conveniently. Our service quickly grew - alongside our reputation - and led to us becoming the national assessment company we are today. In our early years, the "two Christines" - Carter and Brown - concentrated on providing expert witnesses for family law cases locally, in the East Midlands and South Yorkshire. At first, they recruited associates by relying on their network of friends and colleagues within independent social work. Later, they broadened the company's range of expertise to include psychologists, psychiatrists, paediatricians and therapists.
