DHM Properties is a long established family business owned and managed by Howard Midgley, a Chartered Surveyor who began his career in 1959 with a leading Estate Agency in Leeds. After deciding to start his own business he founded DHM Properties in 1969, providing rental property for both Students and Professionals. We only manage properties owned by ourselves and have vast experience in renovation and refurbishment. All properties are furnished to a very high standard.

DHM Properties is a founder member of Unipol Student Homes and has Platinum Owner status in recognition of the professional, reliable, efficient and trustworthy service we provide to our tenants. We are also Leeds City Council Code of Standards approved. HMO Licences, where applicable, and Gas and Electrical Safety Certificates are provided for each home and we regularly attend recommended courses to keep 'up-to-date' with all new legislation.
