Capital Complete Solutions is an independent inventory and inspection business in Stechford, Birmingham, and an accredited member of the Association of Independent Inventory Clerks (AIIC). We work with letting agents, landlords and property managers who need an accurate, unbiased record of a property's condition at every stage of a tenancy.

Our services

• Inventory Reports: a detailed, photo-evidenced record of contents, condition and cleanliness before a tenancy starts

• Check-In Inspections: the inventory is checked with the tenant, and meter readings and keys are recorded

• Check-Out Inspections: the property is compared against the original report, with any changes beyond fair wear and tear clearly noted

• Mid-Term and Routine Inspections: visits during the tenancy to flag maintenance and compliance issues early

• Legionella Risk Assessments: assessment of water systems in line with HSE guidance

• Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs)
