The company was established in 1982 by Dr. Henry Southworth, then a lecturer at the University of Birmingham. He used his experience to create a very personal management service tailored to the local student market. Since then the company has expanded considerably, and sister companies now let out properties throughout the West Midlands and beyond including villas in Spain.
