Calm For Kids

Calm For Kids was set up in 1999 by Christiane Kerr. We have grown and developed over the years and our approach to teaching yoga to children remains fresh and innovative. We are committed to giving teachers the skills to enhance children's development through yoga and mindfulness practice, enabling them to use their inner resources to face life's challenges. We are a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga School. Christiane has been teaching yoga to children and adults for many years. She is a qualified yoga teacher and as an experienced Montessori teacher, she is an early years specialist. She combined her love of yoga with her love of teaching and children to create Calm For Kids. Christiane completed the British Wheel of Yoga accredited London Yoga Teacher Trainig Course. This is run by leading UK yoga teachers and is directly influenced by the teachings of Vanda Scaravelli.
