Bristol Psychotherapy Counselling
More than ever people are recognising the need to explore difficult feelings with a professional therapist. Whilst the prevalence of mental health difficulties such as anxiety and depression is becoming more accepted, acknowledging that there is a problem can be a very hard thing to do. For many people, coming to the decision to ask for help is not easy.

I achieved a BSc (Hons) in Psychology and Anthropology at Goldsmith College, London University, in 1980. After five years' training at the School of Psychotherapy and Counselling Psychology at Regent's College, London, I was awarded a Diploma and Advanced Diploma in Integrative Psychotherapy and Counselling. I achieved an MA in Psychotherapy and Counselling in January 2009.

Regent's College is affiliated to UKCP, the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy and the British Psychological Society, and is validated by the University of Wales. I am an accredited psychotherapist with UKCP and abide by their code of practice and ethics. I am an Integrative Psychotherapist, grounded in an understanding of early attachment relationships and how these connect with people's present difficulties.

I studied for a post-graduate diploma in Mental Health and was award this from University of the West of England (UWE).
