My experience has been built by working on a wide variety of clients, which range from ordinary people to television stars and athletes. Between 1997 and 2002 I trained in the Korean martial art of Tae Kwon Do, taking part in demonstrations, competitions & events. These experiences allowed me to hone my skills in Sports Massage, Remedial Massage,Reflexology,Pilates,Core Stability Ball, Personal Training, Spinning and many studio based classes, as well as giving talks on Weight Management. My career developed and I spent the last 3 years Managing of a large and diverse department, which offered every conceivable service from Injury Management to Cholesterol tests, from Personal Programmes to Food Intolerance tests.
