Through years of research, our founder and Creative Director, Dr Clare Hencken, developed our triangulated framework: a multi-faceted approach to sports performance optimisation. Combining assessment of an individual's anthropometry, health status, diet and fitness, Clare created holistic, tailored programmes for each athlete's body type - and in doing so, helped them to achieve their sporting best.

To date, this approach has been used to help hundreds of elite sports people fine tune their performance. Members of Portsmouth Football Club (PFC), the Royal Yachting Association (RYA), the English Institute of Sport (EIS), England and Wales Cricket Board, Lucozade and many more organisations besides have all benefited from the holistic approach.
