You will then have a one to one consultation with a member of our specialised Medical Team who will discuss privately with you, your eating habits and lifestyle. They will weigh you, take your blood pressure, and explain the aims of the Bodyline Weight Management Programme. Then if appropriate, they will discuss how much weight you should be aiming to lose to bring your BMI Level back into the parameters of a healthy weight.

The medical team will give you dietary advice, explaining what you should and should not eat along with advice on exercise suitable to your personal circumstances. If appropriate, you may then be prescribed fully licensed slimming medications. These appetite suppressants often known as diet pills, are prescribed to help you adapt to your weight loss programme more easily and come in the form of a tablet or capsule that will need to be taken once a day.
