Nicola is an ex Military Police Woman who specialised as a Physical Training Instructor during her service. Having gained experience training the ARMY recruits, her friends at home, as well as working alongside the physiotherapist, she decided that this was what she was most passionate about.

Having left the services to pursue a career in the Fitness Industry, she completed her Premier Diploma in Personal Training & Sports Massage Therapy. Since then, Nicola has been working with clients from the complete novice to the elite and even the disabled, helping them to achieve their goals and returning them to full function fitness with rehabilitation programmes and essential treatment.
