I realise how precious time is these days, so why not let me as your personal trainer give you your personally designed programme that will fit around your lifestyle and training sessions can take place in the comfort of my fully equiped gym. I work with all levels of fitness with a variety of training methods either for an individual session for maximum impact or why not train with a friend or small group of friends to motivate each other and share the cost!
