Birch Catering was founded in the heart of the Cotswolds in 2013 by friends Kylie Hughes and Wesley Birch. Two Friends with a true understanding of good food. The aim from the very start was to create bespoke menus using the finest ingredients, mainly locally sourced and always lovingly prepared.Fine food is a passion for Kylie and Wesley and they have gathered over thirty years of experience between them.
