Using our vast experience and knowledge, we offer bespoke catering, working with our clients to create a menu and style of service to suit any event, ensuring everything goes to plan so you can enjoy your special occasion stress free and with no worries.Since qualifying as a classically trained chef in 2007, Dan has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge working in high end restaurant kitchens both in Suffolk and France.In 2016 he joined Country Cuisine as a partner to help take the business forward by using his talents to bring a modern approach to cooking.Also classically trained, Val started Country Cuisine in 1989 and has made it the successful and established catering company it is today.She has catered for a varied range of both corporate and private clients and covered all manner of events from weddings and family celebrations to business lunches, product launches and staff catering.
