I am an experienced counsellor working in private practice since 2008. Recently I have been developing further work in family and systemic practice. In 2012 I co-founded a therapy centre in Stourbridge, which offers a wide range of therapies for emotional, mental and physical support. The practice rooms are comfortable, warm and peaceful and are designed to give a sense of wellbeing. I have an up to date certificate from the Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) and am fully insured.
Counselling is recognised as an effective method of dealing with a wide variety of challenges. I offer a supportive space where you can explore your questions safely in order to make the changes and have the understanding you are looking for.
