The first thing we help you to do is cope. When you focus on the negative issues in your life, you can start to feel overwhelmed, worried, stressed, and sad. You may even end up feeling depressed and or start experiencing anxiety (it has a knock on effect).
If you start to focus on dealing with your issues without coping on daily basis, it can feel like your situation is getting worse, not better. We work to help you cope (from the first session). We help you to identify, establish and implement coping strategies that will work for you.
