Billy Bell Ltd was established in 2009 to bring cost effective, professional public relations and communications and strategic expertise within the reach of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in the Humber region.

Formerly Communications Officer for a global petrochemicals manufacturer in East Yorkshire, Billy's firm belief is that, while large companies budget for, and see the value of, strategic expertise within their organisations, SMEs either do not, or believe they cannot, follow this lead. Many believe it to be, put simply, a "luxury" they cannot afford.
