Bailey-Consulting are a firm of Chartered Building Surveyors undertaking all aspects of work and advice on the Built Environment. We offer practical, cost / time effective professional advice on all matters affecting buildings structures and their surroundings.

Bailey-Consulting have earlier this year relocated to their new offices in Purley Oaks, South Croydon. The practice previously traded for many years at Crystal Palace under the name of Bailey Simpson and Associates, and prior to that as Michael Bailey Associates. First established in 1985, the practice has recently restructured to focus on the wealth of experience and knowledge it has gained over the intervening years, together with a new dynamic approach combining the use of latest technologies with industry standards.

Our Partners - Michael Bailey and David Bailey - are involved in projects on a ‘day-to-day' basis, and are fully ‘hands on' - overseeing works from inception to completion.
