Evans Pearson

Evans Pearson is a south London based consultancy specialising in providing commercial property advice. The range of experience of its two partners covers the sale, letting, purchasing, development, management and rent review of shops, offices, factories and retail warehouses.

Rod Pearson is a chartered surveyor who began his career at Hillier Parker and has spent over thirty years in senior roles at board level in public and private property companies including Greycoat plc and Raglan Property Trust plc. In recent years he built up Urbanfirst a private property company specialising in the acquisition and management of shopping centres. In 2006 he sold his interest in the business to LMS plc.

Chris Evans is a chartered surveyor who started his career at Vigers and then moved via Citygrove to Grantchester a successful developer of out of town retail parks. In 2002 Granchester was acquired by Hammerson plc. Chris then started at Tufton Land with a former director of Granchester.
