AWS specialise in the letting, sale, development and acquisition of commercial, industrial, office, retail and warehouse property in Leeds, Wakefield, Castleford, Normanton, Bradford, Huddersfield, Barnsley, Pontefract, York, Malton, Scarborough and the wider Yorkshire area. There are departments dedicated to investment, professional services and property management.

The property management department of AWS manages individual properties in the north of England; the collection and accounting of rents and service charges, property inspections, arrangement and monitoring of maintenance contracts and repairs.

AWS also provide the following professional services on behalf of landlords and tenants; lease renewals, rent reviews (including arbitration), property valuation, dilapidations, compulsory purchase and rating.
