Victor is a private property company established in 1981. We are primarily a property investment company. Our strategy is to grow the core property portfolio in a sustainable way utilising conservative borrowings to minimise our risk profile. Our development and asset management activities generally occur as a result of maximising value within the investment portfolio. Our portfolio gives us exposure to a range of property sectors, although there is a weighting towards retail. With properties nationwide, we choose to follow the opportunity rather than be bound by geographic constraints. The company has a substantial equity base and significant funds are immediately available for purchases. Our reputation for performing quickly and efficiently during the acquisition process has enabled us to take advantage of prevailing conditions within the UK property market.
