Based in Gilston (near Harlow), Hertfordshire I provide Personal Training either in my private gym or at your home address. Employing both well proven and current techniques I am well equipped to help you achieve your fitness goals whatever they may be. Sessions can be inside or outdoors utilising various kit including Kettlebells, Battle Rope, Suspension Training, Boxing/Padwork, Resistance Tubes, Bosu Ball, Reebok Deck, medicine balls, slam balls, sled, and of course bodyweight exercises. Training at my gym includes all the above plus Concept 2 Rower, Keiser Spin Bike, Power Rack, Lat Pull Down /Low Pully machine, Plyometric box, Roman chair, Punchbag and Olympic Barbell equipment. Outside I also have a purpose built bar system and large tyres.
