We are London's Premier Hot Yoga and Group Fitness Studio based in West London. As we are conveniently located opposite North Acton tube station, and easily accessible from the A40, we have members from Ealing, Shepherd's Bush and Holland Park benefiting from our Hot Yoga and functional fitness classes in our multipurpose studio.

We have a wide variety of fun and motivational group fitness classes ranging from Hot Yoga, Suspension Training, Circuit Training, Zumba, Yogatherapy, and Aerial Fitness. These are all great classes for achieving effective weight loss and are ideal for strength and endurance building.
