Whilst employed I saw the frustration that clients feel when they are unable to get to speak to their accountant or are met by a secretary who constantly says "I'm sorry he's on the phone" or "I'm afraid he's still in a meeting". With this in mind I make it a point of letting all my clients have my mobile phone number and email address and whilst there will be times when I am on the phone or in a meeting I will always strive to return clients calls before they have to ring and chase.
