Not only is this a considerable administrative burden, failure to comply can result in potentially severe penalties for directors. We do not charge for the initial consultation. We recognise that professional fees, including accountancy fees are a major concern to many of our clients. As clients ourselves of other professionals from time to time we understand those concerns. At the initial consultation we will be able to give you an estimate of our charges based on an assessment of the work to be carried out and this is never exceeded. Additionally, we also offer clients the opportunity to operate a monthly budget plan for those who wish to maintain a closer control over their finances.
