The spark to create Aspire Management Partnership (Eastern) Co Ltd was born out of my intense personal frustration. Many organisations today will tell you we are "customer centric" or we "empower our forward facing people" but when the annual results are published and boards have to improve the bottom line, these are the strategies usually where "cost efficiencies" are sought first.
The idea to create a property management company, which places its customers at the very core of its ethos, came from the frustration of having to work with several established organisations in this area on a day to day basis.
