We have a strong focus on business results — when we develop a website, any recommendations we make are designed to help you get the results you need, not just to make your own portfolio look better! The first question we ask a potential client is ‘how are you going to measure the success of this project’?
As a business we have a strong set of guiding principles: We don’t tie clients into proprietary software — we use open source software such as WordPress, and set up any Google accounts for clients in their own name so that the account belongs to them, not to us. We want clients to stay with us because they like us, not because they have to! We tell clients what we’re going to do, why, and when, and get their approval for any changes we make to their website. We keep clients informed of any internet marketing campaigns with regular reports. We don’t bamboozle our clients with jargon!
