At 31, we like to try and do things differently. We have moved away from the normal models of client/agency relationship to try and create something more worthwhile, cost-effective and, well, honest. We believe that it is possible to offer all our clients bespoke campaigns regardless of their size and budget. Obviously there are still similarities between them all, but each campaign we design is different and focused purely on producing results, not what we can bill you most for! We have done away with the massive documents, the endless analysis and the hoarding of knowledge. Instead, we use our time to get to know you, your business and market, to create action lists that will make a difference and to work with you to implement solutions and produce results we can track. And we really mean work with you. As far as possible, we like to get out of the office to come and see you to work on your project and hopefully teach you a few things too. If you have a question, we will be the guys sitting opposite you, not the guys you get an email from every now and again. It really is as though we are an extension of your business.
