We source it locally and fresh, supporting the community, we design and build kitchens to cook it in, we train our cooks and chefs to prepare it safely and healthily, we plan mouth watering menus around it, we serve it in every type of environment for every type of budget, we account for it and market it with flair and imagination, and we do this all over the country with the best people we can identify, who share an absolute passion to be fantastic ! Maybe we should start growing it ! We support our clients’ policies, we recycle at all our locations, we champion biodegradable packaging, we design kitchens using energy efficient equipment, we encourage a one stop shop ethos to reduce mileage, we use resources with thought and we operate from carbon neutral offices……… even our oil supplier converts our recycling process into the equivalent carbon emission savings !
