Our views on diverse and healthy food including responsible sourcing of food product.We insist on using fresh food and strive to devise menus around seasonal produce rather than rely on frozen and processed food.We are happy to provide options for dietary requirements on request.We are conscious of providing food with the minimum of additives including salt and sugar.We have a registered supplier of halal meat and are happy to supply this on request.Wherever possible we will aim to use fairtrade product.We am to locate food grown and produced as local as possible and to support local suppliers.Our seafood comes from sustainable sources.Our meats are supplied to us from one supplier only and originate from British and Irish farmers, we have a traceability policy in conjunction with our sole meat provider.
