Peter Henrie's session on Google Apps Admin Console Best Practices was invaluable. We are in the early stages of implementing GAFE. His tips will certainly help us to learn from the mistakes of others, and potentially avoid a few pitfalls. I enjoyed Peter Henrie's presentation as it was really hands-on about what to keep and delete being a ‘super admin.' I am a novice in the admin area, and this really helped me get on top of the admin console.
