Our goal is to provide you with the best one-to-one training in your surroundings to enable you to get the most out of your computer and the internet. We strongly believe people learn more and retain information better in the familiarity of their own environment. That is why we come to you. We offer training in the most commonly used Microsoft Office programmes - Word, Excel, Outlook and Powerpoint.

As the founder of Edinburgh Computer Training, I have worked for various household names in the computer industry since 1993 and have vast experience working with and training others. I came to the conclusion some time ago that people learn better when they are taught on a one-to-one basis and in an environment they are happy with - their own - not in a group in a classroom. This led me to start Edinburgh Computer Training with the view of helping people get the most out of their computer in the comfort of their own environment.

Because we know that learning how to use a computer can be a daunting task when you do it alone, we offer one-on-one tutorial sessions in your home on your computer, based around what you want to get out of the training. We do not stick to traditionally rigid course structures and will tailor all training to suit your needs.
