Owen Evans, Alan Parsons and Paul Dentith are all partners in the practice. Owen Evans operates in a number of areas of legal work, but principally he is involved in divorce, professional negligence and complex civil disputes, while Alan and Paul are both solely involved in criminal work. Owen Evans' Secretary is Caroline Northcott who has many years experience in legal fields. Alan Parsons' secretary is Sally Harlock and Stephanie Teece is secretary to Paul Dentith. Niall Brooks is also a criminal solicitor who specialises in prison law.

He is an Accredited Representative and like Alan Parsons and Paul Dentith, he is also a Duty Solicitor. Niall's secretary is Leanne Reade. Anthony Gilles is a Chartered Legal Executive Advocate who works alongside Alan Parsons and Paul Dentith in the Criminal Department at Almy & Thomas. Anthony attends the Magistrates Court, and as an Accredited Representative he also attends the Police Station. His secretary is Linda Forbes.
