AJM Property Management has an experienced team of contractors and is able to carry out all maintenance and repairs rapidly.
In addition, we provide a 24 hour call out service. Gas safety inspections are carried out annually on all properties by fully qualified plumbers. Smoke alarms/ Heat detectors are provided in communal areas. Our properties in Cathays are licenced as HMOs (houses of multiple occupancy) with Cardiff County Council as part of their additional licensing scheme.
