AV Architects Ltd (AVA) is an small independent Architects practice based in Steeton, West Yorkshire established in 2010. The business is run by RIBA qualified Architect Marc Taylor and provides a personal Architects services for the local area for small and medium size projects. We provide a good quality and competitive service. A large proportion of our projects are associated with domestic house extension, renovation and alteration works including new build dwellings. Our remaining workload comprises small residential development projects, some school refurbishment or extensions schemes and small commercial commissions. The majority of our work revolves around building design from feasibility stage, to services to acquire planning and building regulation statutory approvals. The size of our commissions results in a relatively high turnover of projects which maintains a busy practice which is both enjoyable and rewarding. New projects are always exciting as every project is unique and we enjoying the challenge of working with our Clients to deliver projects to meet their individual needs. Experience enables us to recognize when a project requires a pragmatic or sympathetic design approach whilst we also pride ourselves in quality architectural and bespoke design work too.
