Primarily, Axys Design supplies planning and building regulation stage drawings and deals with Council applications, to provide a construction package of information for self-builders, developers and builders to price and work from.In addition, we are able to provide a whole range of ‘add-on’ services such as digital topographical and measured building surveys, 3D CAD from initial modelling through to photo-realistic presentations, thermal calculations, sound and air testing of new dwellings and structural calculations.Tim is a Chartered Architectural Technologist and a member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists. He is able to issue valuations and certification of new build dwellings in lieu of NHBC warranty (Council of Mortgage Lenders Professional Consultant’s Certificate) and works closely with many of the major lenders. He carries full professional indemnity insurance.
