After you have made a suitable appointment for a free initial consultation with our Designer, He will visit you ether at your home or a place of your choice, this visit is intended to helps us get a better understanding of your requirements and proposal which is essential to giving you sound advice. Our representative will provide Free advice on feasibility ,Budget Costs, and our fees. This will last approx half hour depending on the complexity of the project and in some cases with your approval a survey can be done at the time of our visit if time is limited and u want to get moving as soon as possible.Once the survey is complete a brief will be taken from you, here you can point out what your current or long term requirements are and discuss in detail possible solutions and of course building costs.Our designer will advise you on time scales and the correct procedure to maximise your planning application and minimise delays within the local authority.
