Ray Smith started buildservices.co.uk with the sole aim of providing a professional and trustworthy ‘one stop shop’ for customers embarking on building or development projects. Ray’s background was initially architectural design where he went on to carry out many design projects all over the world including Kenya, Cyprus and Europe. Later in Ray’s career he studied a BSc(Hons) in Building Management which led to a change in career path. From there he held the position of Project Manager, Contracts Manager and Construction Director helping to develop and deliver builds on time throughout London and the surrounding Counties. Being Chartered, Ray took the opportunity to start a Chartered Building Consultancy in 2009 operating out of the South East. In this time, he has helped to drive forward his belief that professionalism and integrity is at the heart of everything when overseeing building projects on behalf of his clients. Buildservices.co.uk continue to grow as a company, and are now undertaking projects all over the country.
