After many years working at a stressful job I decided one day to treat myself to a relaxing massage at a Spa. I was instantly hooked and whilst on maternity leave with my second daughter I decided to study to become a massage therapist. I completed my training and I now hold an ITEC Level 3 Diploma in both Body Massage and Anatomy and Physiology, which I passed with distinction. I am also a member of the Complimentary Holistic Therapies Association, abiding by their strict ethical and professional codes of conduct.
I now run A Smooth Soothe from the peaceful location of my own home, which is set in a quiet road in Pound Hill, Crawley.
