Zone Fitness was founded by Mike and Ryan, for the sole purpose of getting you in shape. Ryan is a 25 year old fitness fanatic, whose background as a semi professional basketball player instilled a deep routed passion and discipline which drives him to maintain exceptional levels of fitness. Ryan has been a familiar and popular face within the local fitness industry for a number of years as a Personal Trainer and as an Instructor within Hambleton Leisure Centre.
Our standard 12 month contract monthly price is a tiny £27.50, and if you prefer you can pay upfront for a year for just £250. The second biggest problem people face is just having the time to get some exercise in, that's why we are open a crazy 96 hours a week including 6am until 10pm every weekday. Not only are we open so you can get yourself fit, we offer a range of classes that are included with your gym membership, throughout the day including very early morning sessions, lunchtimes and just after work!
We want everyone to use our gym, not just people who are already fit, or just body builders, we don't discriminate against age, size or gender, or anything else for that matter we just want everyone to come in and work on their goals. As complete fitness freaks ourselves we are always on hand to help you with your goals, from planning your workouts to helping you find a balanced diet, we can help!
