My work tailors the therapies I offer to meet the needs of the individual holistically. On the first appointment I will establish a treatment plan by taking a fully confidential, medical and lifestyle history and then work towards trying to understand the root cause. I would ask that, for first appointments, an hour is the minimum booking. Please would you bring details of any medication you may be taking.

As individuals, no two people are alike. From a holistic basis, I can give a treatment that is specialised to your physical, emotional and spiritual needs at the time. This can be whether you like massage to be firm or light in pressure or whether you want the movements to be energizing or calming.

Combinations of therapies are most popular with my clients. It is quite typical to give a reflexology treatment combined with the use of specially blended aromatherapy oils. With existing conditions, it is wise to have a course of treatments to regain a state of well-being and balance.
