The postures used in Yulia's classes all derive from Hatha yoga. Hatha is the exercise and meditation regime developed by ancient monastic communities in the far East. Hatha yoga shares the same ancestry as other exercise regimes such as tai chi and kung fu. Private Yoga classes are conducted on a "One-to-One" basis and are charged at £27 per hour.
Group Yoga classes are held at various locations in Weston-super-Mare and vary in size between 5 and 25 students. The classes are charged at £7 per person per session. A direct debit option is available and entitles you to a discount. Couples benefit from a discount too.
